What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?
Check-in begins at 2pm. Check-out is 12pm.
Do you accommodate late Check-out?
Yes, based upon availability and it is chargeable.
For information regarding a later check-out time, contact the Front Desk the evening before or the morning of departure.
Where are you located?
We are located in the city centre of Kota Kinabalu, at Jalan Gaya. Our central location makes it convenient for any traveller as there are many restaurants, 24-hour convenient shop, shopping malls and a colourful Sunday market.

Is there transportation available to/from the airport?
Please be advised that we do not provide airport transfer service at the moment.
We would recommend you to use the E-Hailing (Grab, etc) services as it would be easier and less hassle for you. The cost would be around MYR20.00+ per trip (4 seater car) and will be around MYR25.00+ per trip for (6 seater car).

Does your hotel provide parking?
No. Our premise sits on a public street hence there are no parking spaces provided.
However, you may park at Wisma Jubilee or Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, both within short walking distance. Parking fee applies
What amenities are in your guest room?
The standard amenities are; Flat Screen TV, Entertainment on demand, Fridge (chilling only-No freezer). Kettle, Coffee & Tea supply, Mineral Water, Ironing board, Iron, Hairdryer, Safe box, Telephone, Complimentary WIFI (higher speed may be chargeable).
Executive Deluxe Room amenities:
Whirlpool Bath Tub with separate shower, Bathrobe, Sofa Bed/Living Area, Microwave Oven, Dining Utensils, 42” Flat Screen TV and all the standard amenities.
Suite Room amenities:
Complimentary Fruits Basket, Whirlpool Bath Tub with separate shower, Bathrobe, Separate Living Area, Sofa bed, Microwave Oven, Dining utensils, 42” Flat Screen TV (living room and bed room) and all the standard amenities.
Is there high speed internet or wifi available at the hotel?
Yes. We provide complimentary WIFI for all guests. WIFI is provided at best effort basis.
Do you have Laundry and Luggage Storage service?
Yes. Please speak to our Front Desk for assistance.
Does the hotel offer smoking/non-smoking floors?
No. We are a smoke-free hotel. Guests will be penalized for smoking in their rooms. We provide a smoking are at the back entrance of the hotel.
Does your hotel offer extra beds and baby cot?
Yes. Extra beds are chargeable at MYR 80nett per night. Baby cot is free to use.

Can I book directly from your hotel? How does it work?
Yes. You may also find special promotions when you book directly from us.
Website booking is a secure and convenient way to plan your stay. All bookings must be paid in advance via all major credit cards. You will receive an email with a confirmation voucher once your booking is paid.
Are there connecting rooms?
Yes, there are. Family Deluxe (2 Queen beds)+(Superior King) and Suite Room+Superior Twin. Please specify in your booking/inform our Front Desk should you require connecting rooms.
Why there is an additional RM10 charge per room per night?
Effective from 1st September 2017, under the request of the Malaysian Government, all foreigner guests are required to pay a Tourism Tax of MYR10 per room per night upon check out.
